The Montrose-La Crescenta Kiwanis Club was officially organized on April 29, 1925 and was sponsored by the Sunland-Tujunga Kiwanis Club, which had been chartered in 1923. Bernard Anawalt was the first president of our club, followed by Dr. L. Johns and Lee Merritt.

Our club proudly sponsors the following local youth organizations:
